The Five Minute Journal is a gratitude journal, and a great one to start with if you want to reflect and practice mindfulness. I write in mine each morning! There are prompts that guide you as you practice gratitude, manifesting, and writing down daily affirmations. This is one of my favorite journals! I find that it really helps to set my day up for success.
