Guys, this light blue dress is literally one of my favorite dresses. You can’t really tell from the pictures, but the dress has a pattern consisting of light blue and white stripes. I feel like I should be vacationing in Nantucket or something. On Sunday, my boyfriend and I went down to Newport Beach. Lately it’s been super foggy here in the mornings. My boyfriend says its this thing called “the marine layer” from the water.  All I know is we were still 8 miles away from the harbor this morning, when we first started seeing super dense fog. But luckily it was only in a few spots. Newport Beach is gorgeous. There are a bunch of cute little boutiques and shops on the island. I would love to have an oceanfront home here (wouldn’t we all?). They are all so so cute and beachy. I’m originally from the south, and Newport Beach immediately reminded me of taking trips to Charleston, South Carolina. The people taking strolls and the pastel colored buildings are definitely the two main reasons though.

I bought this light blue dress from Forever 21. My favorite part about the dress are definitely the tie sleeves. I love a subtle bow on blouses and dresses. I’m linking several blue and white, off-the-shoulder dresses. Specifically with tie sleeves. However, this one is like the dress I am wearing. My espadrilles are from Steve Madden, and I previously wrote a post about them here. I love them because they are duplicates to Marc Fisher’s Espadrille wedge sandal, but $100 cheaper. I’ve wanted them for a while and finally caved and bought them. Also, I’m linking to a similar straw fedora hat here. It’s only $19 too! This is definitely going to be one of my go-to outfits this spring. Also, this weekend I re-discovered Toaster Strudel. It is soooo good. Like why did I ever stop eating these?!?!
