A trip to Palm Springs is such a vibe. I recently went to the desert during Coachella Weekend for the Revolve Festival. Being from the east coast, the desert is SO interesting to me. There’s something about the peace and quiet. Palm Springs is known for its stylish hotels and spas (not to mention a feature in Katy Perry’s song California Girls), so a visit is a must at least once.
After 2 weekends of Coachella, I feel like I’ve seen every single “insta-worthy” photo shoot location possible, on my timeline. If you are planning a trip to Palm Springs, these are the Most Insta-Worthy Spots in Palm Springs that you need to check out, because did you really leave your house if you didn’t Instagram it? & Did you really go to Palm Springs if you didn’t take a photo at one of these spots? The obvious answer is no.
The Parker Palm Springs – The ultimate desert escape. This hotel delivers the essence the of mid-century modern that Palm Springs is famous for. I highly recommend checking out the gorgeous breeze block entrance and statement orange door, because it creates the perfect photo-op. The striped umbrella lined pool also make The Parker a top spot on the list.
The Saguaro Palm Springs – This COLORFUL hotel has been featured in publications like Vogue, ELLE, Refinery29, Esquire, and I can almost guarantee you’ve seen it on your IG timeline. You can’t help but feel happy when here. The Saguaro’s rainbow color buildings not only look good, but will also make your vacation look good too. Not to mention there are palm trees galore. Providing the perfect backdrop.
The Windmills – I remember seeing the Windmills during my first visit to Palm Springs. I was in AWE. These beauties are huge and make the perfect backdrop against the desert landscape. I’d recommend you go at sunset, but even at anytime of day, you’ll get gorgeous photos.
Morten Botanical Garden – Entry is $5 a person, but it is worth it to see this garden full of unique cacti. If you’re obsessed with cacti like I am, this is a great spot to shoot content for your Instagram or blog. They also host weddings here because of how gorgeous it is!
The Shops at Thirteen Fourty Five – This place is a winner. You can shop AND get some insta-worthy pictures. The building is very mid-century-esque, and filled with vintage stores, furniture and art. I definitely recommend checking this place out.
Cabazon Dinosaurs – These dinosaurs are HUGE. You can’t miss them. And being decades old, they have been featured in several movies and TV shows. They are honestly such an interesting attraction, especially if you are a museum lover or a Jurassic Park fan, and make eye-catching backdrops. I saw several influencers post pictures at these dinosaurs over Coachella weekend and their photos turned out SO cool.
As for my outfit, I am wearing this tunic from Gozon Boutique in the color mauve, and these faux leather boots that are under $40. The exact felt, boater hat that I am wearing is no longer available, but this hat is very similar!
I’d love to see your pictures if you visit Palm Springs anytime soon! Be sure to tag @chanfetti on Instagram.
Thank you Gozon Boutique for sponsoring this post!
