I try to exercise and get my heart rate up at least 3 times a week. Emphasis on the word TRY. Whether it’s walking to a coffee shop down the block or a quick treadmill sesh, working out definitely helps clear my mind and release any pent-up stress and anxiety that I build up throughout the week.
Sometimes you only have a few minutes to get in a quick workout. In today’s blog post I’m sharing the 10 Minute Calorie Burning Treadmill Workout routine that I like to do when I’m short on time. I am by no means a personal trainer, tbh I’m probably more certified in sitting on my couch watching Gossip Girl while drinking wine. BUT, when I do manage to make it to the gym, I like to get the most out of my workouts.
This 10 minute treadmill workout utilizes quick changes in intervals and speed to increase your heart rate, while burning calories and fat. It also helps with stamina and building those leg muscles. This workout is quick and effective. I typically like to respond to emails or watch YouTube videos when I’m on the treadmill to truly maximize my time. Efficiency is key!
