“The new year stands before us, like a chapter in a book, waiting to be written. We can help write that story by setting goals.” – Melody Beattie
Where did 2016 go?! It honestly went by faster than Kylie Jenner’s lip kits sell out. However, with New Years Eve right around the corner, and 2017 basically breathing down my neck (ew), I’ve decided to set some goals for myself and help you guys do the same. Don’t get me wrong, I believe that it’s never too late (or too early) to start fresh or to set a new goal for yourself. The measurement of time is something that is simply made up by humans, but time itself is always in existence, always moving forward. However, we have been programmed to believe that the New Year is the perfect time to reset our bodies and minds. It is also very motivational when we see others around us doing the same.
I’ve designed a set of New Years worksheets for you guys to use. They are focused on helping you guys set and achieve your goals. Whether it’s saving money to go on a new trip, or habits you want to break. I personally want to start taking barre classes again. (Anyone that knows me will go, HAHA fitness).
Worksheets Included:
- Two-sided “I want to do more of this vs. less of this” chart
- “Top 3” Goals Worksheet
- Inspirational Quotes
- Blank boxes to list: Desired travel, accomplishments, fitness, skills, wants, + more!

Andddd, I’ll leave you guys with another ~inspirational~ quote:
“I hope that in this year to come, you make mistakes. Because if you are making mistakes, then you are making new things, trying new things, learning, living, pushing yourself, changing yourself, changing your world. You’re doing things you’ve never done before, and more importantly, you’re doing something.” -Neil Gaiman
