Have you ever spent Christmas in NYC? If not, I absolutely recommend adding it to your bucket list! From the bright lights and red bows on almost every large storefront, to the crisp cool air, the experience is one to remember (especially during the holiday season)! In this post, I’m recapping the best Christmas in NYC!
Where We Stayed

We stayed at the Hyatt Grand Central New York which was such a great choice in terms of location and convenience! Located right by Grand Central Terminal, it’s the perfect place to stay if you want to pop right into the train and get to any of the 5 boroughs (or even up and down Manhattan)!

Where We Ate
Antoya – If you love Korean BBQ, Antoya is a spot you don’t want to miss out on. This is a great spot in Koreatown that offers incredible Korean-Italian fusion dishes!
Koi Restaurant – The lounge atmosphere at this upscale sushi restaurant is stunning! It is located at the Bryant Park Hotel! The decor mixed with the food makes for a great experience. Afterwards you can hop across the street to Bryant Park for some shopping.
The Dining Room at RH Guesthouse – If you love RH Rooftop Restaurant, you definitely want to visit RH Guesthouse! This is a new location in the Meatpacking district – we absolutely LOVED the Dining Room. It is nothing short of high class and the food was excellent! The perfect date night spot.
Cipriani Downtown in SoHo – This is one of the most popular restaurants in SoHo! Cipriani is a great lunch spot with many Italian favorites!
La Grande Boucherie – This incredible french restaurant is a must. The food was amazing and their Christmas decorations were an excellent touch!
Things We Did

Christmas in NYC would not be complete without a walk through Central Park, ice skating at the Rockefeller Center, and shopping on 5th Avenue. I’m so glad we were able to experience all of these during our trip!
Additionally, we visited the MoMa, Grand Central Terminal, walked through Hudson Yards, and saw the Lion King on broadway! I’ve wanted to see this for years. It was such an incredible show!
Without a doubt, shopping in NYC during the holidays is magical. I loved walking by the Plaza hotel and then stopping in Bergdorf Goodman! The decor made the store feel like a winter wonderland. We also explored and shopped in Soho where I popped into Loewe for a new pair of sunglasses.
If you haven’t been to NYC during Christmas, I’d highly recommend planning a visit!
