Charlotte Russe Top // Topshop Jeans // Steve Madden Shoes
Remember that time at your family reunion when your Aunt yelled at you for wearing white after Labor Day? Yeah me too. Thankfully, that’s no longer a thing. If I want to wear white at my family Christmas party so I can look like a snowflake, then I will. Vogue says you shouldn’t listen to every fashion rule you hear and I agree with that. I admit that 80% of my closet is the absence of color (all black… coordinated by style of course), but I’ve recently discovered white and it’s growing on me. I had to go down to the famous Paul Smith pink wall on Melrose for this shoot, and I’m absolutely in love.
My top is from Charlotte Russe and while I couldn’t find the exact one, I found a cute similar one with the same high neckline! My white skinny jeans are high-waisted, which I love because I can also wear them with crop tops. They are by Topshop and can currently be purchased on sale from Nordstrom! My all white, platform shoes are my absolute favorite part of this outfit. They basically inspired the whole shoot. I purchased them at Steve Madden in Vegas and surprisingly they survived (bless). I also just discovered that the website has them in black so I might buy them.. but that’s another battle for me to fight on my own.
