Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe
This yummy strawberry banana smoothie recipe is perfect for breakfast or a refreshing afternoon snack!! Recently, I have been trying to eat healthier. Anyone who knows me well enough knows that I am ADDICTED to sugar. Cookies, chocolate, cinnamon rolls… if it is sugar, I will eat it. Sweets are okay to have some of the time, but as I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that I can no longer eat sweets 24/7. So I’m trying to start my mornings off healthier with this strawberry banana smoothie recipe!! I love that I am able to consume fresh fruit everyday from these smoothies. I’ve also found that a strawberry banana smoothie does the trick by helping me to stay full for a solid amount of time!
Recipe:
5 Strawberries
1 Banana
Handful of Blueberries (optional)
1/2 Cup of Strawberry Yogurt
3 Ice Cubes (4 if you’re feeling dangerous)
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and BLEND!! You can also add 1/4 of a cup of milk if it is too thick.
